If we have a piece in stock, you will be able to add it to your online cart and the item will ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, you may pre-order the item, which will ship as soon as it becomes available. Because our pieces are crafted individually by hand, pre-ordered pieces may take 5-6 weeks to ship.
Domestic: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (with the exception of shipments to Hawaii, which will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail) and will require a signature upon delivery. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Petit Anjou does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please allow 4-5 business days from the time of shipment for domestic orders to arrive at your doorstep with standard shipping. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
International: International orders may be shipped via DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx. International rates will apply. Petit Anjou is not responsible for duties, taxes, other fees, or any delays associated with international shipments. All such fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
We hope you will be delighted with your jewelry pieces. However, if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, Petit Anjou will gladly accept a return. Any piece being returned must be in new and unworn condition and accompanied by the Return Form that was originally enclosed with the order. Please return all jewelry pieces in their original packaging. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Gift recipients will be entitled to an online store credit.
Petit Anjou offers complimentary return shipping. Please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of your delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. The quickest way to ensure you receive what you wish for is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Please allow 4-5 business days for refunds to post to your account. Petit Anjou reserves the right to offer online store credit or partial refunds for returns that do not meet our return policy.
